Killian Campbell
With a background rooted in trauma-informed healing and a decade of experience in high-level event planning, Killian brings a combination of emotional depth and logistical precision to every retreat he leads. His approach weaves together the grounded structure of a well-curated experience with the spaciousness needed for true restoration and reconnection.
After navigating his own journey of sobriety, nervous system regulation, and emotional healing, Killian became passionate about creating spaces where others could soften, be held, and begin their own transformation.
Expect structure without rigidity, beauty with purpose, and a deeply human kind of healing.
Lisa Brennen
With both feet in two worlds, one in the fast-paced fitness industry as Head of Marketing for a global events brand, and the other in quiet spaces helping people reconnect to themselves.
Lisa’s journey into breathwork began after health challenges forced her to slow down, reassess, and rebuild. What started as a personal practice became a powerful offering for others navigating stress, burnout and transition.
Having a foot in both worlds allows Lisa to lead with more empathy, clarity and resilience whether in meetings or on the mat. As a Creative Life Coach, she helps individuals unlock new pathways of thinking, feeling, and leading, blending trauma-informed breathwork, functional Pilates and coaching to support deep nervous system regulation and self-expression.
Lisa’s sessions are rooted in both softness and strength, meeting you exactly where you are, and helping you breathe forward from there.

Absolutely! Please let us know in advance if you have an dietary requirements and we will be sure to accommodate. Our retreats are also alcohol-free to allow for sober exploration.

There will be down time scheduled into everyday on the retreat to allow you to fully immerse into relaxation.
